Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms governing your use of Royal Comfort Limo services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your credit card may incur a fee for trips not canceled within the specified time frame. To avoid cancellation charges, customers must inform a customer service representative of a cancellation at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations can be made by PHONE at +1 (714) 555-8234 or EMAIL at contact@royalcomfortlimo.com.

NO SHOW

If Royal Comfort Limo cannot reach the passenger or the designated contact person within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, based on the reservation details, the ride will be deemed a NO-SHOW and will be forfeited. Failure to be at the pick-up location without notifying Royal Comfort Limo may result in a no-show fee (Full Fare).

LUGGAGE POLICY

  • Sedans and Luxury Sedans can carry up to 3 passengers with 3 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
  • Mini SUVs can carry up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
  • SUVs can carry up to 6 passengers with 6 standard-sized pieces of luggage.

MODIFY A RESERVATION

Royal Comfort Limo strives to accommodate last-minute changes to the best of its ability. If you need to modify your reservation, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

When paying by credit card, you must provide the credit card number in advance for pre-approval. This pre-approval does not constitute payment for the trip. Upon reserving with a credit or debit card, a preliminary hold equal to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card to cover the anticipated total, including tolls, gratuity, additional stops, and waiting time. This hold is released once payment is processed at the end of the trip or approximately 3–5 business days after the trip.

The actual credit card must be presented to the driver at pick-up. The driver may request additional identification to verify the card's validity. All signatures and information must match before the card is accepted as payment.

The credit card slip must be completed and signed at the end of the trip. During the trip, passengers may not leave the vehicle for any reason without first signing the incomplete credit card slip. If the passenger fails to return to the vehicle, the full fare will be charged to the card.

DISCLAIMER

Royal Comfort Limo is not liable for any consequential damages the customer may suffer as a result of Royal Comfort Limo's failure to provide the promised transportation services. If Royal Comfort Limo fails to perform the services as promised, the customer's damages are limited to the unused value of the ticket purchased from Royal Comfort Limo.

Royal Comfort Limo is not responsible for late arrivals, inconveniences, or damages resulting from delayed service to any point or destination. We strongly recommend contacting your airline during peak travel periods or extreme weather conditions to verify your departure time.

PRIVACY POLICY

Royal Comfort Limo is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to secure your reservation.

In the future, we may use the information we collect to occasionally inform you about important website functionality changes, new services from Royal Comfort Limo, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If we do so, you will have the opportunity to opt out of these notifications.

Royal Comfort Limo does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

We employ encryption, firewalls, and other security technologies and procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. A secure server using the latest encryption handles all our payments. There is no safer way to order online.

All transactions are conducted in US dollars.
